Formedge Inc. is a proudly Canadian owned manufacturer of high-performance cold-formed and precision machined components, built and produced entirely in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

Since 1998, we have engineered and manufactured complex parts for industries where failure is not an option. From automotive and heavy equipment to construction, mining, defense, aerospace, nuclear, energy, and emerging sectors, we support customers across North America with strength, precision, and reliability.
Operating from our 60,000 square foot facility, we run 14 multi-station cold heading machines and 16 secondary operation machines, producing over 1 million parts per day, 300 million parts per year . Our fully integrated model, including in-house tooling, engineering, and advanced quality systems, gives us complete control over development, production, and delivery.

By keeping 100% of our manufacturing in Canada, we provide greater supply chain security, faster response times, and total production transparency in an increasingly uncertain global market.
